As Vice President of Product at Maruti Techlabs, he drives product strategy, customer engagement, and delivery execution by aligning business goals with technology outcomes.

He specializes in transforming complex, manual workflows into scalable, automated, and self-healing systems using modern architecture patterns, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. Hamir has led major infrastructure transformations, including migrating from bare-metal systems to AWS and transitioning from EC2-based setups to containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. He has implemented CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment workflows, and robust staging environments to improve release velocity, system reliability, and observability.
