This step gets everyone on the same page with our project's concept, scope, implementation plan, tech tools, and phases—all set up by our architects and TPMs.

Once the blueprint is ready, we craft a comprehensive proposal from the initial phase to the full-scale launch, adapting to changing technology landscapes and business challenges.

Then begins Phase 1, where we work on agile services using the MVP approach, collecting feedback, validating, and roadmapping toward production-grade services.

In this step, we develop additional features, meet the client’s functional and non-functional requirements, and open services to more users and use cases.

After the project delivery, we help with ideas for expanding functionality and testing with isolated user bases, standardizing maintenance and support with SLAs.
